So I’m back from our research trip to Vegas and have managed to get through the two presentation nightmare Qual class with everything intact. Talk about the skin of my teeth. Chengi and I decided to drive up from NYC at 9pm last night.
Note to self: if driving up via Scranton up the 81 once you hit the 380 and head north there is no-where to eat. No-where. Especially at night. I ended up having chips and salse from a servo on some reservation somewhere.
Kevin reminded me that I need to type up notes and get transcripts made of the intereviews. In the meantime through our project rated a mention on Ted Leung’s blog where he’s writing all sorts of fun things about ApacheCon. I hope to keep in touch with some of these guys.
I suspect an “Open Source Research” blog will be called for.
