A weekend in NYC

Just a weekend in NYC, just as fun as the others with the lovely Mel.

We drank friday, made the traditional pilgramage to the Apple Store on Saturday, tried on $1500 leather jackets that don’t fit (the legend?) then caught artsy film, “Osama” (no not that one) which is very depressing but made us feel arty got ruded at by snotty waiter in a great thai restaurant loved brunch at the french cafe (real large bowls like I’m an adult and won’t break them and I can afford to bloody replace them even if I do—-well actually I can’t) and fabulous bread soup newspaper.

On to the tks and the boy from Oz—-did the woman in the line think I meant I was gay when I said I was a “boy from Oz” silly lass. Falling australian flags and fags all lovely. Hugh Jackman said “Christ” and sat down when Liza Minelli was on his case turned to Mel and we laughed before even realizing that we were doing this because it was so Australian.

Reading William Gaddis again can you tell?
